Lightweight Exciters for Experimental Modal Testing
Modal shakers and modal shaker kits from The Modal Shop are used in test laboratories around the globe. Offering a complete line of shakers – from miniature vibration shakers to complete modal shaker systems – these solutions are designed for a wide range of modal analysis applications. System force ratings range from 2 lbf (9 N) to 60 lbf (267 N).
Miniature inertial shakers facilitate testing in hard to reach locations. Miniature vibration shakers deliver a high degree of flexibility when testing. The SmartShaker™ Series offers a built-in power amplifier, creating an all-in-one shaker with plug-and-play capabilities for both modal and vibration tests. Modal shakers are designed with a through-hole armature to simplify a common testing challenge: stinger setup and alignment. These shakers are used in applications from component testing to aerospace ground vibration tests.
