Application
SATRA Bally flexometer is an internationally recognized method for evaluating the flexure resistance of light leather and its surface finish. The bending mechanism of Bally flexometer is different from that of SATRA vamp torsion machine (H049), which is a supplement to SATRA vamp torsion machine. It can also be used to pre-treat samples before they are tested for moisture permeability,
especially when evaluating the moisture permeability of the upper of the safety shoe.
Test Principle
Fix one end of sample on the upper fixture, the other end onto bottom fixture to make sample at 90. Then flex sample at a specified speed and angle. After flexing for a certain of times to assess damage degree of sample.
